 bd8506Sterling Elza, a partner at Brown Dean, enjoys a wide-ranging litigation practice. In his 12 years at Brown Dean, he has had the privilege of representing clients with litigation issues involving insurance coverage, insurance fraud and bad faith, railroad personal injury, and business and commercial disputes, including employment issues and contractual issues arising out of construction projects and other business relationships. Mr. Elza’s practice includes working with his clients to evaluate their business in an effort to avoid disputes. Should a dispute arise, he works with the client in analyzing the dispute in an attempt at resolution. Finally, if the dispute cannot be resolved, Mr. Elza’s experience litigating disputes throughout Texas and Arkansas, allows him to represent his clients in Court, should a lawsuit become necessary.
