Nathan Winkler practices civil litigation with a focus on transportation law. He defends aircraft and component part manufacturers as well as railroads in complex litigation involving bodily injury or death, frequently with allegations of defective products. He has broad litigation experience including insurance, real estate, business, personal injury, intellectual property, contested probate, and employment cases.
Mr. Winkler is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas, an honorary society of lawyers. Members complete heightened requirements for continuing legal education each year.
While in law school, Mr. Winkler served on the executive board of the Baylor Law Review, clerked at the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, and interned at the Supreme Court of Texas. He earned his undergraduate degree from TCU.
Nathan lives in Grapevine with his wife, son, and their two retrievers. He enjoys brewing wheat ales and IPAs, reading Terry Pratchett novels, and solving puzzles.
