Denise Collins is a senior attorney handling civil commercial matters representing insurance companies and financial institutions. Ms. Collins has extensive experience in first-party and third-party disputes, as well as large subrogation cases. She also represents individuals, self-insureds, and institutional clients in large personal injury, consumer, commercial, products liability and probate cases.
Ms. Collins’ experience in the insurance industry extends back to when she worked as an independent property and casualty insurance agent before attending law school. She has been recognized as a Top Attorney by Fort Worth, Texas Magazine in the area of Non-Medical Professional Malpractice, from 2008 – 2014. In addition, she is an adjunct professor at Texas Wesleyan School of Law and has been president of the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association.
